Our Story – Building the Right Way
Founded in 2025, Greenbelt Athletic Soccer Club was created with a clear and lasting mission:
to provide high-quality, accessible soccer training rooted in community, character, and long-term player development.
Our story began with a coach who saw something missing in the local landscape — an opportunity to build a space where players could thrive through individualized attention, expert guidance, and a genuine connection to the game.
Armed with a degree in Sports Science, extensive coaching experience across youth and collegiate levels, and a background as a former collegiate and semi-professional player, our founder envisioned a new kind of soccer environment — one where growth means more than goals.
We started small: one coach, one ball, a few cones, and a belief that even the biggest dreams begin with a simple foundation. From day one, our purpose has remained the same — to help players develop not only their technical and tactical skills, but also the confidence, discipline, and resilience they’ll carry for life.
